By accessing or using Axidex, operated by GLLUZ LTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including individuals and organizations accessing Axidex on behalf of a company.

2. Service Description

Axidex is a signal intelligence platform that detects buying signals from publicly available data sources and generates AI-powered outreach content for sales teams. The platform aggregates information from job postings, press releases, funding announcements, and other open sources to identify potential sales opportunities. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any signal data.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for more than 12 months.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Axidex to:

• Send unsolicited bulk emails or spam using generated content.
• Violate any applicable anti-spam legislation (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, or equivalent).
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform through automated means.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use signal data for harassment, stalking, or any unlawful purpose.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the platform or its data without written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

The Axidex platform, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is the intellectual property of GLLUZ LTD. All rights are reserved.

Content you generate using Axidex (such as outreach emails) is yours to use. However, we retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data from platform usage to improve our services and train our models.

6. Limitation of Liability

Axidex is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GLLUZ LTD does not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Signal data will be accurate, complete, or current.
• AI-generated content will be suitable for your specific use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLLUZ LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data within 30 days of account deletion, except where retention is required by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Axidex shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Axidex after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
